Have you ever wondered “ what’s going on here?” when moving through your vinyasa practice? Then this workshop is for you! Carla will help you to develop your understanding of some basic anatomical principles. She will discuss how each individual body contributes to the shape of the pose and how in understanding our own body’s uniqueness, we can find freedom and stability within the practice. We will explore the theme of embodiment within our yoga practice, as an introduction to the yogic world view.
Think of this workshop as your ‘yoga 201’ course, an opportunity to create more awareness within your practice and broaden your understanding of how asana relates to the larger practice of Yoga.
This workshop is open to all levels that have practiced before.
