This workshop blends scientific evidence of Physiotherapy, Yoga Therapy, and Reflexology for the treatment of low back and pelvic pain. The purpose of this offering is to educate individuals on pain science and to explore yoga and reflexology practices in the treatment and management of pain symptoms.
Kim Deschamps is a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and Professional Yoga Therapist. Amanda Proznik is a Registered Reflexology Therapist and Doctor of Natural Medicine. Their collective knowledge, energy and passion provide a unique approach to treating pain for the whole-person.
